Relephe was the daughter of Moses George (1762-1831) and Lydia Emerson (1770-1854).
She was born and raised at Weare, New Hampshire.
Relephe married William Forsaith, widower of Lydia Downing, on 12 April 1842 at Weare.
They moved to Deering, New Hampshire, not long afterwards, and remained there the rest of the lives. They were enumerated there in the 1850 1860, 1870, and the 1880 U.S. Censuses.
