Sarah Cecelia (Gardner) Olson was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Mary (St. John) Gardner. She was born Aug. 30, 1923, in Mont Vernon NH, and died Jan. 12, 2001. Sarah married Alfred Herbert Olson, son of John B. and Anna M. (Hansen) Olson, on January 12, 1945, in Deering NH.
Surviving siblings at the time of her death: step-brothers William A. Putnam of Deering NH and Harry Putnam of Francestown NH; sisters Susie Wardenski and Josephine Crane of Hillsboro NH, Doris Slingsby of Orlando FL, Frances Cushing of Nashua NH, and Roberta Adams of Antrim NH.
Her brother William J. Gardner died a few days after Sarah on Jan. 21, 2001.
