Tyler William Robert Carlisle IV, 21, passed away May 26, 2015. He was born in Manchester on June 25, 1993, a son of Tyler E. and Lucia A. (Merritt) Carlisle. Tyler was a member of First Congregational Church and was an Eagle Scout, Troop 91. He graduated from Manchester Central High School, Class of 2011 Salutatorian, and Yale College, Class of 2015, majoring in philosophy. Tyler was active in local and national politics and had enlisted in the U.S. Army, having been accepted into Officer Candidate School.Tyler is survived by his loving family: his mother, Lucia; a brother, Stephen E. Carlisle, and his wife, Julie; a sister, Susan L. Carlisle Sudak, and her husband, Michael; and eight nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Tyler E., in 2009.
