Boyd and Loyd were twins. Loyd's COD at the young age of 18 was measles.

DEERING --- Boyd W. Facemire, 78, died yesterday at the McKerley Nursing Home in Concord after a long illness. He was born in Sutton, W. Va., and lived the past 15 years in Deering. He was a forester for the state of New Hampshire for many years. He was the husband of the late Leona Facemire, who died in 1984. He leaves a son, eight daughters, 26 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Hillsboro Chapel of the Holt Funeral Service, Main Street. The Rev. Daniel Poland will officiate. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery, Deering.
