Murial Beatrice Ashby passed away in Rutland, VT on Janury 28, 1996. She was born on November 14, 1906 in Warner, NH; the daughter of Clarence and Martha (Pierce) Reddington.
She moved to Danby in 1981 from Bellows Falls.
She married Charles Cressey on June 29, 1927 in Bradford, NH but he preceded her in death.
She married Sherrod B Ashby but he preceded her in death in 1974.
She is survived by two daughters, Marion Barnard of Bellows Falls, VT and Esther LaMorin of Newfane, VT; four sons William Cressey and Robert Cressey both of Danby, VT, Clifton Cressey of West Rutland, VT, and Frederick Cressey of Keene, NH; one brother Paul Reddington of Dsvenport, FL; one sister Marguerite Lancour of Rutland; fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
